Job summary

Gizli, a leading Food & Beverage services company, seeks a Cost Controlling Specialist for its Head Office. The role focuses on monthly cost analyses, budget variances, and cost controls across inventory, waste, and pricing.

You will coordinate with operations and senior management, driving efficiency and profitability. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance (master’s preferred), strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/POS systems, and proficiency in Power BI.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• A process improvement mindset with experience in standardization and automation initiatives
• Preferably experienced in the F&B, retail, or multi-site operations sectors
• Experience with reporting and analysis using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred
• Hands-on experience working with ERP, inventory management, or POS systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a holistic and strategic perspective
• Knowledge of accounting principles and chart of accounts structures (COA) is preferred

• Preparing, reporting, and monitoring monthly and periodic cost analyses.
• Analyzing the relationship between sales, costs, and profitability and regularly reporting to management.
• Preparing budget, actual, and variance analyses and evaluating the results.
• Monitoring costs based on stock, waste, loss, portion, and recipe.
