Job description

We are looking for a "Supplier Management Specialist / Senior Specialist" who will play an active role in our supply chain processes, manage supplier pre-assessment, performance management, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out supplier pre-assessment and registration processes, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of application documents.
• Conduct compliance checks with legal requirements, company procedures, and quality standards; provide feedback and follow up on incomplete or non-compliant applications.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations of existing suppliers, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement plans.
• Ensure that performance criteria are up to date and contribute to life cycle analysis processes.
• Coordinate supplier selection and evaluation processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Establish effective, solution-oriented communication with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop continuous improvement proposals for supplier management processes.
• Stay up to date on ethical procurement, sustainability, API Q1 / Q2 standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
