Job summary

Gizli in Turkey is seeking a Supply Chain Reporting Controlling and Contract Specialist for our Head Office. The role focuses on consolidating procurement, planning, logistics, and foreign trade data to drive informed decisions. Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related fields.
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or planning.
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
• Contract review and preparation experience.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Logo, Netsis, etc.).
• English proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and monitoring reports related to procurement, planning, logistics, and foreign trade processes.
• Developing new and effective performance metrics and reports that support the improvement of supply chain functions and processes.
• Regularly monitoring, analyzing, and reporting departmental KPIs to management.
• Supporting data collection and analysis of operational performance metrics.
• Tracking target vs. actual performance in supply chain processes and conducting variance analyses.
• Identifying master data requirements for needed reports, researching data sources, determining system development needs, and sharing them with management.
• Supporting efforts to ensure prioritized resource allocation and system development initiatives through coordination and collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensuring regular monitoring of contracts, price lists, and supplier documentation.
• Supporting reporting and documentation activities related to import and export processes.
• Preparing analyses on logistics costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
• Monitoring data accuracy within ERP and reporting systems.
• Taking an active role in process improvement and efficiency enhancement projects.
• Supporting interdepartmental coordination and ensuring the follow-up of operational processes.
