Job summary

Avolta, headquartered in the travel retail sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Specialist to join our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport operations. You will manage weekly ordering, replenishment parameters, and inventory analysis to support the Distribution Center.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree, speaks English fluently, has 3+ years in supply planning or purchasing, and excels at analytics, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Specialist, based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To execute the weekly ordering cycle, maintain accurate replenishment parameters, analyze inventory and forecast, and support key supply chain processes to ensure the Distribution Center is fully prepared to meet operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the daily work to ensure the correct weekly ordering cycle,
• Calculate replenishment based on the guidelines and logistics parameters,
• Analyze in transit and on hand inventory levels,
• Run proposals, review and implement corrections,
• Manage the key replenishment parameters,
• Analyze forecast,
• Follow-up purchase orders,
• Improve the existing tools used,
• Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a relevant field
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing (preferred)
