Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a client in Tuzla. The role focuses on managing inquiries and after-sales operations, LC-based export documentation, and coordinating import/export activities with brokers and forwarders.

Strong SAP MM/SD skills and English fluency are required. You will handle internal procedures for Import/Export/Purchasing, organize export documents, track shipments, and manage banking transactions while ensuring compliance with foreign trade and customs laws.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or International Trade.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/SD with reporting skills.
• Experience with customs documentation and knowledge of international trade terms and customs legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ inquiries and after-sales operations
• To have knowledge of reading letters of credit (LC) and preparing export documents in compliance with the letter of credit terms
• Follow up on import customs clearance processes with customs brokers and forwarders
• Executing internal company procedures for Import / Export / Purchasing activities
• Organizing export-related document procedures, tracking shipments, and managing banking transactions from start to finish
• Ensuring all operations comply with foreign trade and customs regulations
• Intervening in the resolution process of customer issues arising from transportation
• Identifying the most cost-effective or efficient vehicles for transporting products or materials
• Arranging road, air, and sea transport organizations and preparing documentation processes
• Preparing import and export reports for senior management
