Job summary

Winners in Mauritius seeks a dynamic, self-motivated professional to join its procurement team. You will lead a team of planners, update databases in the ordering system, and coordinate with Commercial, IT and Operations to align on goals.

The role involves preparing daily and weekly KPIs, generating reports, and building strong relationships with local suppliers to add value. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Higher School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sector.
• Conversant with MS Office package and experience with ERP system.
• Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage.
• Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Detail and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours.
