Job summary

BrandActiv, an IBL Group company, is hiring a Beauty Kiosk Assistant to join our busy retail team. You will welcome customers, provide professional beauty advice, demonstrate products, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining an inviting display.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, good communication, and the ability to work weekends and shifts. An HSC or equivalent is preferred, with cosmetics or make-up certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum an HSC holder.
• Certificate or Diploma in cosmetics or make-up would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skills.
• Ability to work on shift system and during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional beauty and product advice.
• Promote, demonstrate, and sell beauty products while achieving sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain product displays, testers, price labels, and kiosk presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Process sales transactions, reconcile cash/POS payments, and follow procedures.
• Support promotional activities, events, and product launches.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
