Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye seeks a Supply Chain Manager for a leading global company in Istanbul. The role requires extensive experience in procurement, planning, and logistics, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, optimize costs, monitor vendor performance, and report KPIs to senior management, coordinating across local and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of managerial leadership.
• Proven track record in Procurement / Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency and excellence.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage strategic relationships.
• Ensure effective demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs.

We are looking for a “Supply Chain Manager ” for one of our client who is a leading global company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management,
• At least 5 years of leadership experience at a managerial,
• Proven track record in Procurement /Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing,
• Strong expertise in strategic procurement, category management, and supplier development,
• In-depth knowledge of demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations,
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization initiatives,
• Demonstrated success in managing both local and international supplier relationships,
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities,
• Effective leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Based in Istanbul or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
