Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Quality Management System Lead for the FSQ Department, based in Susurluk, Balıkesir. This field-based role requires strong analytical skills, process improvement mindset, and knowledge of international quality standards.

You will support QA procedures, monitor GMP, lead audits, and collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Quality Management System and applicable standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS, Food Legislation.
• Able to adapt to shift and flexible working systems.
• Experience with SAP QM and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support activities to ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz Quality Management System requirements.
• Ensure implementation of quality procedures, instructions and plans.
• Verify analyses against product/material specifications.
• Monitor GMP activities and drive improvements in standards.
• Oversee 5S in laboratories and verify standards.
• Lead or participate in projects to eliminate recurring errors with production teams.
• Standardize processes, instructions and documentation; monitor calibrations.

We are looking for Quality Management System Lead to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family.

Quality Management Lead position is within our FSQ Department. This is a field-based position located in Susurluk, Balıkesir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field
• Preferably min intermediate level of English
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the food industry,
• Preferably experienced in SAP Quality Management module
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS, Food Legislation
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
• Theoretical and practical knowledge about laboratory equipment and laboratory rules
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and a team player
• Able to adapt to shift and flexible working systems,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir Susurluk, Bursa (Karacabey-Mustafakemalpaşa) areas

Job Description

• To support activities to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards
• To ensure that the implementation of quality procedures, instructions and plans is followed.
• Verification of the conformity of the analyses performed within the plan with the values specified in the product and/or material specifications
• To monitor GMP activities, to ensure the improvement and verification of standards
• To monitor 5S activities in the laboratories to ensure the improvement and verification of standards
• To monitor corrective and preventive activities and ensure verification (internal audit,3rd party audits)
• Lead/participate in projects to analyze and eliminate recurring errors in processes by working with production teams
• Supporting the standardization of processes, instructions and documentation by identifying improvement potentials,
• Ensuring that calibrations are implemented according to plan and their results are monitored
• To comply with the occupational health and safety rules required by the job in the area in which he/she is assigned and to work on improving the working environment
