Massive Bio, a US-based AI-powered precision medicine platform, seeks a CEO Office Analyst to support the CEO and Executive Office in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment.

The role is a generalist blend across strategy, performance tracking, and cross-functional projects, with half time on cross-functional priorities and half on a functional focus area, building models, preparing briefs, and collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in an analytical field.
• 1 year of full-time experience after graduation in strategy, consulting, or growth roles.
• Experience with data analysis and building simple models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build summaries, reports, and simple commercial models to support leadership decisions.
• Evaluate new revenue opportunities, business models, markets, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare briefing notes and materials for the CEO and executive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive topics to completion.
• Stay informed on oncology, clinical trials, and healthcare trends.
