Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a CEO Office Analyst to support the CEO and executive team in a fast-paced, international, and data-driven environment. This generalist role blends broad exposure with deep ownership of a functional area.

You will analyze data, prepare briefs, and build simple commercial models to inform strategic decisions, partnerships, and growth initiatives, with opportunities to work across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a highly analytical field (e.g., engineering, economics, business, statistics).
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or growth roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build simple commercial models and clear summaries to support CEO decisions.
• Evaluate new revenue opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials for executive meetings and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational improvements.
