Job summary

Massive Bio, a US-based AI-powered precision medicine platform, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the CEO Office and work directly with the CEO and co-founders on high-priority strategic topics.

In this generalist, high-exposure role you will build analyses, shape commercial opportunities, and drive execution across Operations, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to support revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build summaries, reports, and commercial models to support CEO decisions.
• Identify and size new revenue opportunities with clear economics and risks.
• Prepare client-facing materials and support revenue generation initiatives.
• Track and manage executive-level meetings and deal progression.
• Own workstreams across cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Stay informed on oncology, clinical trials, and healthcare innovation trends.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytical field
