Job summary

Codeway is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its CEO Office and help shape the company’s next growth phase. You will work across strategy, growth, performance, and execution, turning complex questions into clear decisions and actions.

You’ll connect two distinct businesses, align stakeholders, and stay close to AI and tech shifts to identify meaningful opportunities for our products. You’ll partner with the Vertical CEO and leadership to drive high-impact priorities, build cases, and execute

Qualifications

Experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or CEO Office roles.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Work with the Vertical CEO and leadership on strategic opportunities and challenges.
Own strategic initiatives end-to-end from identification to execution and impact measurement.
Dive deep into products, users, markets, competitors, and performance to uncover growth.
Monitor AI developments and translate shifts into opportunities for Codeway.
Build analyses, models, experiments, and business cases to test ideas.
Coordinate across functions to drive leadership decisions into action.
