Job summary

Toptal is seeking an SVP of Product to shape the vision for AI-enabled products and platforms, and to drive end-to-end execution across the organization. You will report to the CEO, sit on the executive team, and guide product strategy for the core platform, talent and client experiences, and data/AI platforms.

This is a hands-on, remote leadership role requiring a deep AI product discipline. You will own hiring, define the operating model, and lead a team to deliver ambitious multi-year

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).
• Masters strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of proven software Product Management experience.
• At least 8 years leading Product organizations (managers).
• Proven ability to raise the level of a product organization through people you hire and develop.
• Experience owning an entire product portfolio at a high-growth tech company with accountability for business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product strategy across marketplace, talent/client experiences, internal systems, and go-to-market products.
• Decide what to build with AI and what to buy, including model tooling, packaging, and pricing.
• Make AI quality measurable through evals, acceptance bars, and review loops; partner with Engineering as the most demanding customer.
• Rebuild how Product works using AI-enabled discovery, research, prototyping, and analysis.
