Job summary

Constructor Tech DACH is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own strategy for SaaS/AI-driven education products. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science and Design to deliver an outcomes-driven roadmap.

The role emphasizes data-backed decision making, pricing for international markets, and mentoring a growing team of product managers. Fluent English required; hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS/EdTech/AI products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/DS or related field.
• Ability to manage data-driven product discovery.
• Familiar with RICE and WSJF prioritization.
• Proven PRD writer with sprint leadership.
• Experience mentoring product managers.
• Fluent English for cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year, outcome-based product roadmap.
• Lead market research on AI and EdTech trends.
• Define pricing strategy for international markets.
• Apply a scientific approach to product discovery and data analysis.
• Provide data-backed insights to leadership.
• Mentor and scale a team of product managers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to prioritize features.
