Codeway is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its CEO Office and help shape the company’s next growth phase. You will work across strategy, growth, performance, and execution, turning complex questions into clear decisions and actions.

You’ll connect two distinct businesses, align stakeholders, and stay close to AI and tech shifts to identify meaningful opportunities for our products. You’ll partner with the Vertical CEO and leadership to drive high-impact priorities, build cases, and execute

About The Role

Codeway’s Utility & Productivity and Media verticals operate as one organization under a single CEO Office, bringing together two distinct consumer businesses with different business models and growth dynamics. With 135+ people across the organization, we build and grow products and experiences used by millions of people around the world, combining creativity with strong execution.

As our Strategy Manager you’ll be part of the CEO Office, working directly with the Vertical CEO and leadership team on the opportunities, challenges, and decisions that shape where the organization goes next. You’ll work across strategy, growth, business performance, and execution, taking ownership of high-impact priorities and helping turn complex business questions into clear decisions and action.

Sitting at the intersection of two different businesses, you’ll connect the dots across teams, zoom out to see the bigger picture and dive deep when needed, and help turn priority initiatives from ideas into real business outcomes. You’ll also stay close to developments across AI and emerging technology, identifying where new capabilities, shifts, and trends could create meaningful opportunities for our products and businesses.

With broad exposure and meaningful ownership, this role offers a direct opportunity to help shape the organization’s next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Vertical CEO and leadership team on the opportunities and problems that matter most to the business.
• Take on ambiguous, high-impact problems, bring structure to them, and own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from identifying the opportunity and building the case to driving execution and measuring impact.
• Deep-dive into products, users, markets, competitors, and business performance to uncover new growth opportunities and challenge existing assumptions.
• Stay on top of developments across AI, emerging technologies, and consumer tech, translating relevant shifts into potential product, feature, and business opportunities for Codeway.
• Build quick analyses, models, experiments, and business cases to test ideas rather than relying on assumptions.
• Move across functions when needed, bringing the right people together, turning leadership decisions into action, and keeping momentum on the highest-priority initiatives.
• Spot things that could work better, whether it’s a business opportunity, an operating bottleneck, or a broken process, and take the initiative to improve them.
• Jump into new and unexpected priorities as the business evolves, even when the path forward isn’t obvious yet.
• Use AI as a core part of how you work to research faster, explore ideas, analyze information, automate repetitive work, and improve the quality and speed of decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, CEO Office, Business Operations, or similar strategic roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience working with GSheets, Excel, BI platforms, or similar analytical tools to analyze data and generate actionable business insights.
• Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect data and insights to the bigger picture and dive deep into details when needed.
• Ability to create clarity, structure, and direction in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, planning, and execution, with high ownership and strong follow-through.
• Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to understand new developments and connect them to relevant product, business, and strategic opportunities.
• Fluency in using AI tools as part of day-to-day research, analysis, problem-solving, and productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with sound judgment and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.

• Experience in technology, consumer apps, digital products, or other fast-growing, high-performance organizations.
• Experience in a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership teams.
