Job summary

Çalık Holding in Istanbul is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Group treasury and reporting functions. You will oversee cash and liquidity management, bank relations, funding and credit, and risk management, coordinating with international affiliates.

This role requires a senior finance professional with extensive corporate banking experience, a strong English command, and a track record of building robust treasury processes and leading a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related fields.
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or MBA.
• CTP or CFA designation is a plus; SPK licenses are not required.
• Strong command of English for international banking communication.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in corporate banking.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Background in corporate credit allocation, limit structuring, and collateral management.
• Experience with SAP and BPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Department within the Çalık Holding.

Main Responsibilities

• Cash & liquidity management: Monitoring group-wide cash positions, planning liquidity, and preparing cash flow projections.
• Bank relations: Managing daily and strategic relationships with banks, preparing credit limit requests, and leading negotiations.
• Funding & credit management: Assessing intra-group funding needs, overseeing credit agreements, and managing collateral processes.
• Reporting & process improvement: Preparing financial reports for senior management, modernizing treasury infrastructure, and standardizing processes.
• Risk management: Identifying currency and interest rate risk exposures, developing proposals for derivative transactions.
• Team leadership: Directly managing the Finance Department, designing development plans, and structuring task allocation.

The position is located in İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; graduates from top-ranked international universities are preferred
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance, Business (MBA), or related disciplines
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA designation is a plus; Capital Markets Board (SPK) licenses are not required
• Strong command of English — capable of managing written and verbal communication with international banks and group companies
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in corporate banking
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Background in corporate credit allocation, limit structuring, and collateral management
• Proven success in cash and liquidity management, banking products, and treasury instruments
• Experience in managing banking relationships across multi-company, multi-currency, multi-sector, and international structures
• Real sector work experience
• Knowledge of SAP and BPC is preferred but not mandatory.
