Job summary

Arvato Logistics in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multi-project facilities, ensuring efficient daily operations and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities.
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, textile or cosmetics and/or automotive warehouse operations management and responsible for the management of large teams.
• Master MS Office programmes.
• Analytical mindset.
• Will be able to adapt to intensive work tempo.
• Has an advanced knowledge of English.
• B class driving licence holder.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of warehouse operations of all projects in a multi-user facility.
• Presenting weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management.
• Establishing action plans in order to realise the determined goals and objectives and carrying out target-oriented activities in a coordinated manner.
• Playing an active role in process development activities in the facilities in charge.
• To be responsible for compliance with the rules of Occupational Safety and Quality Systems in the operations he/she manages.
• Fulfilment of responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.
