Job summary

DP World in Istanbul seeks a Road Freight Operation Specialist to manage end-to-end international road freight operations, coordinating with carriers, partners and customers to ensure timely execution.

You will support pricing, reporting, and documentation activities while contributing to high-quality logistics services. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in international road freight operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily international road freight operations per customer requirements and standards.
• Coordinate FTL and LTL shipments from booking to delivery.
• Communicate with carriers and partners to secure capacity and competitive transport solutions.
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of delays or changes.
• Support pricing, tender activities, and gather market rates and quotations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
