Responsibilities

• Manage domestic material shipments, international returns, monitoring and work order follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement through supplier coordination, tracking and compliance.
• Ensure accurate operational tracking, reporting and data management.
• Follow up on invoices and related financial processes.
• Maintain documentation and digital tools per internal standards.
• Support customs and import-related operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
