Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B software or technology sales experience.
• University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
• Willingness and availability to travel.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers across foreign trade and build a lead pipeline.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions through live demos.
• Manage the full sales cycle: proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain and report on sales pipeline through CRM.
• Develop customer relationships into long-term business partnerships.
