Job summary

ADCO GIDA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles, source candidates, and manage interview processes, from postings to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes employer branding, employee experience, and partnerships with universities, campuses, and internal HR initiatives within the FMCG sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in employer branding and employee experience initiatives.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other digital recruitment platforms.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments and positions across the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, proactive talent search, and talent pool development.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Coordinate competency-based interviews, case studies, and candidate assessment processes.
• Conduct reference checks and follow up on job offers and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs).
