Job summary

Ekin Smart City in Turkey seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the domestic and international procurement of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment. You will work with Electronics, Mechanical, Production, and Planning teams to drive sourcing strategies and budgets.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and English proficiency, with experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years procurement experience.
• English proficiency in written and spoken communication is essential.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration capability.
• Experience in procurement of electronics components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, and mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international procurement activities for electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment.
• Lead procurement activities in collaboration with Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Production, and Planning teams.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, and supplier performance.
• Develop supplier portfolio, identify sourcing opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and manage supplier performance.
• Ensure alignment with production requirements and secure timely supply of materials for continuity.
• Coordinate international procurement and import operations with customs brokers, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage procurement processes through the ERP system and lead digital transformation initiatives.
