HRWORKS CONSULTANCY is seeking a Project Business Partner who will drive talent sourcing and act as the lead on assignments. You will manage end-to-end search, from mandate understanding to shortlist presentations, with best-in-class training and exposure to top clients.

The role emphasizes a strong client-facing mindset, entrepreneurial approach, and excellent English communication. You will contribute to a collaborative, supportive office environment with autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Lay groundwork for a successful search using client mandate and prior experience.
• Develop search strategy and conduct desk research across LinkedIn, Google, and databases.
• Screen candidates and support shortlist presentation to clients.]
• Prepare client-facing documents including target lists and weekly reports.
• Prepare NDAs, search strategy docs, client updates, job descriptions, candidate reports, references, and presentations to high standards.
