Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7–8 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Experience in performance, talent, engagement, and recruitment.
• Hands-on with assessment centers and competency-based evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong HR analytics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Ability to influence and advise business leaders at various levels.
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage performance management, talent development, promotions, career planning and employee relations.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design and succession planning initiatives.
• Support organizational change and development projects to improve effectiveness.
• Guide managers in setting objectives, evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate engagement surveys, analyze results and drive follow-up actions.
• Support talent assessment, development and succession processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and culture.
