Job summary

Zorlu Energy Group in Turkey is seeking a Project & Corporate Finance Executive to lead financial modeling, deal execution, and investor communications within a dynamic energy team.

The role requires 4+ years in project or corporate finance, strong financial analysis skills, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with banks, advisors, and internal teams across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence to post-closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience in financing transactions including bank loans, debt markets, structured finance, and project finance.
• Banking or energy sector experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for investments and financing transactions.
• Participate in full deal cycle: due diligence, data room, structuring, term sheets, documentation, closing, post-closing.
• Coordinate with banks, legal and advisory teams, lenders, and internal groups throughout deals.
• Support debt capital markets activities and prepare investor materials and Q&A responses.
• Support debt investor relations: meetings, presentations, and information memorandums.
• Monitor project and investment financial performance; assist budgeting and strategic analysis.
• Collect and analyze financial data and perform ad-hoc analyses.
