Job summary

Zorlu Energy Group in Turkey is seeking a Project & Corporate Finance Executive to lead financial modeling, deal execution, and investor communications within a dynamic energy team.

The role requires 4+ years in project or corporate finance, strong financial analysis skills, and fluency in English. You will coordinate with banks, advisors, and internal teams across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence to post-closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience in financing transactions including bank loans, debt markets, structured finance, and project finance.
• Banking or energy sector experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for investments and financing transactions.
• Participate in full deal cycle: due diligence, data room, structuring, term sheets, documentation, closing, post-closing.
• Coordinate with banks, legal and advisory teams, lenders, and internal groups throughout deals.
• Support debt capital markets activities and prepare investor materials and Q&A responses.
• Support debt investor relations: meetings, presentations, and information memorandums.
• Monitor project and investment financial performance; assist budgeting and strategic analysis.
• Collect and analyze financial data and perform ad-hoc analyses.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar field,
• Solid understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance principles,
• Experience in financing transactions, including bank loans, debt capital markets, structured finance, and project finance transactions,
• Experience in the banking or energy sector is preferred,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills,
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint,

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for new investments, existing projects, financing transactions, and strategic initiatives; conduct valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
• Participate in project finance and corporate finance transactions throughout the full deal cycle, including due diligence, data room management, financing structuring, term sheet evaluation, documentation, financial closing, and post-closing requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, legal and financial advisors, consultants, rating agencies, and internal teams throughout financing transactions; monitor financing agreements, covenants, lender reporting, and other contractual obligations.
• Support debt capital markets activities, including Eurobond transactions and the ongoing management of outstanding issuances; prepare investor and rating agency reports, presentations, Q&A materials, and responses to ad-hoc information requests.
• Support debt investor relations activities, including investor meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-up requests; prepare information memorandums, management presentations, and other transaction-related materials.
• Monitor the financial performance of projects and investments and contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and management and Board reporting.
• Collect and analyze financial and operational data and perform ad-hoc corporate finance, financing, and investment-related analyses.
