Job summary

BS Executive Search is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead and execute M&A transactions and project finance deals in Turkey. The role requires deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring, with a focus on end-to-end execution and client management.

You will manage a team, develop financing strategies, and represent the firm in meetings with investors and banks. Strong communication in English and Turkish, MBA preferred, and a track record of closing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics from a leading university (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity with a focus on M&A and project finance.
Proven track record in executing M&A and project finance deals.
Strong financial modelling and valuation analysis skills using multiple methods.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end execution of M&A transactions and project finance deals with timely, accurate completion.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment to evaluate opportunities.
Develop transaction structures, financing strategies, and negotiation tactics to optimize terms.
Lead deal documentation and educate investors; guide due diligence and Q&A process.
Manage a team of professionals, mentoring and coaching in financial modelling and client management.
Identify client opportunities and present investment opportunities and proposals to clients.
