Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
• Collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and payment planning.
• Execute domestic and international payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Manage banking relationships and oversee bank transactions.
• Coordinate bank guarantee letter processes with banks and prepare related reports.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations to support strategic decisions.
• Manage loan facilities and other financing-related transactions and documentation.
• Monitor financial risks and recommend actions to optimize cash flow.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA development initiatives by coordinating processes with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and finance transformation.
