Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye seeks a seasoned project finance professional to coordinate strategic projects, including M&A and partnerships, across cross‑functional teams. You will drive day‑to‑day project management, align stakeholders on priorities, and prepare pivotal transaction materials.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate finance, strong analytical skills and fluent English. You will engage with executives and manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in understanding of key corporate finance terminology & experience in valuation and business modeling.
• Collaborative approach with different stakeholders.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key projects (JV, M&A, partnerships) across cross-functional teams.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines and deliverables for strategic projects.
• Lead day-to-day project management, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Prepare transaction documents such as pitchbooks and information memoranda.
• Analyze financial and operational data of targets and opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling and valuation for M&A transactions.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark impacts on Vodafone strategy.
• Coordinate data rooms during due diligence.
