Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior finance and portfolio analytics leader to shape the International Commercial Digital & AI portfolio. You will work with the Investment Committee to define measurement frameworks, validate KPIs, and translate performance into capital allocation decisions.

This role requires deep expertise in portfolio analytics, budgeting, and cross-functional governance, based in Turkey. You will own end-to-end portfolio reviews, reconcile promised versus verified value, and guide

Qualifications

Significant relevant experience in finance, portfolio analytics, corporate planning, performance management and investment analysis.
Experience in management consulting or related field is a plus.
Advanced degree preferred, with further experience required for candidates without an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

Attach KPIs for every initiative the Investment Committee considers and align to the KPI Council.
Define measurement framework with the CoE and ensure KPIs, methods and comparability are validated at approval.
Define budget and financial impact for each proposal and translate KPIs into financial value or impact scores.
Ground KPI targets and financial impact in external evidence, including benchmarks and competitive intelligence.
Own the independent portfolio audit at 3, 6 and 12 months and provide objective conclusions.
Maintain the benefits ledger: promised value vs. verified value, and overdue items.
Own the portfolio risk-return view and identify overexposure or underinvestment.
Advise on improving portfolio return, including capital reallocation and funding sequence.
