Job summary

Pfizer Türkiye is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead the GH&B portfolio strategy and execution across hospital brands, Ixifi and oncology biosimilars. You will steer omnichannel tactics, brand planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable growth and profitability in Türkiye.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, 5+ years in pharma, and fluency in Turkish with English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex market and performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication across levels.
• Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Türkiye GH&B portfolio strategy and execution across retail, hospital and biosimilars.
• Own the Ixifi Country Brand Plan and omnichannel planning.
• Provide Field Force leadership and set performance expectations.
• Lead oncology tender strategy, pricing and contracting activities.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to align priorities and resources.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and regular performance reviews.
