Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Türkiye Commercial Operations Manager to drive sustainable growth across the GH&B portfolio including Ixifi and oncology biosimilars.

The role leads local execution in retail and tender channels, translating regional priorities into actionable plans and serving as the main business partner between Türkiye and regional/global GH&B teams. They will own portfolio strategy, brand planning for Ixifi, field-force leadership, and oncology tender strategy while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Türkiye GH&B portfolio strategy and execution aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Own Ixifi Country Brand Plan and omnichannel promotional strategy.
• Lead field-force and national account management to drive revenue and market share.
• Identify and prioritize oncology biosimilars tenders and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams for alignment on forecasting and performance reviews.
