Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Istanbul, Turkey, seeks a high-caliber finance leader to own the local end-to-end agenda, partnering with the GCC and country leadership.

You will drive planning, forecasting, and financial commentary tailored to market dynamics and regulatory requirements. With 15+ years in finance and a strong background in local GAAP and reporting, you will guide cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure timely, accurate financial results while driving improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of finance experience across planning, reporting, control, business partnering, or local market finance support.
• Experience supporting legal entities, country leadership teams, or market-level stakeholders preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of local statutory, regulatory, or local GAAP requirements preferred.
• Advanced experience with enterprise planning tools, Power BI or equivalent reporting and analytics platforms, willingness to upskill in AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead the local end-to-end finance agenda for the market with planning, performance support, local finance coordination, and statutory interfaces.
• Act as primary local finance contact for country team and stakeholders.
• Build and own local plans, forecasts, and financial commentary reflecting business ambitions.
• Ensure forecasts are realistic, transparent, and grounded in market dynamics and commercial assumptions.
• Serve as senior financial partner, challenging business on ambition, productivity, and execution realism.
• Coordinate with GCC/shared services to ensure accurate local reporting, close, and controls.
