Qualifications

• BA degree required or related field with strong finance background.
• 5+ years of budget planning and finance analysis experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support yearly budgeting, monthly/quarterly estimates, and rolling forecasts.
• Lead monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and analyze drivers.
• Partner with commercial teams on short-midterm plans with P&L view.
• Identify business risks and opportunities across the organization.
• Carry out profitability analyses on products, teams and units.
• Support product costing process and cost variances analysis.
• Coordinate with Global Finance and lead reporting submissions.
• Assist month-end closing with Financial Reporting & Accounting teams.
• Design early warning systems and maintain financial tracking.
