Job summary

Centurion in Turkey is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities and expand the product portfolio through strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, robust networking, and leadership to drive long‑term targets.

You will lead market research, analyze opportunities, and coordinate cross‑functional collaborations with Medical, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing & Sales, Finance and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, long term forecasting and feasibility studies.
• Lead and support partnering relations, licensing and business collaboration processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international business partners.
• Strong interdepartmental communication and relations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Export and Legal teams.
• Manage different partnering business models end to end, including starting from the opportunity assessment, till signature.
• Be an absolute team player and support the Team to achieve targets.
