Job summary

Curium Pharma is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across its operations. You will work with leaders and employees in Gebze, Istanbul, Ankara, Adana and Izmir to align HR processes with business goals.

The role focuses on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance and driving a productive culture. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Labor Economics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational industrial environment.
• Knowledge of industrial relations and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR partnership across the Operations organization.
• Support employees and leaders across Gebze, Istanbul, Ankara, Adana and Izmir.
• Guide leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
