Job summary

Oximio in Turkey is seeking a Local Business Development Manager to analyze the local market and drive non-core activity development in line with global strategy. You will coordinate project management and marketing efforts within the country, while building relationships with key market players and organizations.

Responsibilities include service design, client onboarding, cross-team collaboration, and planning BD activities to advance core business opportunities and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, marketing, service delivery
• Experience in clinical trials activities
• High proficiency in English
• In-depth knowledge of the Clinical trials market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement non-core services market entry strategies within the country
• Coordinate project management and marketing activities to support country growth
• Identify and engage key market players and potential clients for core and non-core services
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with strategy and service delivery standards
• Plan and supervise BD activities including events and client meetings
