Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S seeks a strategic, results-driven leader to drive international business growth in the pharmaceutical sector. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and steer sales and profitability targets across assigned regions.

You will develop market expansion plans, evaluate partners and channels, lead negotiations, and coordinate with regulatory, product and sales teams to ensure successful market entry and sustained performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
At least 10 years of experience in international sales or business development.
Experience in international market management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in SAP, IMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing business development and market expansion strategies in assigned regions.
Evaluating potential countries, customers and partners and establishing collaborations via distributorships, licensing, and co-marketing.
Planning and executing actions to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets, and managing budgets and plans.
Leading negotiations and coordinating contract processes with stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, product launch and sales operations success.
Preparing and presenting regular market and performance reports to senior management.
