dLocal is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager in Turkey to drive operational excellence, scale processes, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership, optimize workflows, manage cross-functional projects, and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable impact while navigating regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in operations, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in Payments, Fintechs, or Digital Banking.
• Knowledge of Legal, Finance, Product, IT functions.
• Proven track record delivering large projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement operational strategies.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and scalability improvements.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor performance across teams.
