Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager in Turkey to oversee end-to-end logistics, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, and reverse logistics, ensuring seamless performance across multiple modes.

You will build strategic relationships with key sellers, 3PLs, and logistics providers, own SOPs and KPIs, and drive improvements through data-driven analysis, market research, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics transportation or operations management.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations with familiarity across data integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return processes and import clearance.
• Solid experience and relationships in 3PL management.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, analytical and data-driven.
• Fluent Turkish communication with merchants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Turkey, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs, and logistics providers.
• Own SOPs, KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and provide short-term fixes and impact assessment until long-term solutions are deployed.
• Conduct market and industry research; develop operation plans to hedge risks from market or policy changes.
• Manage day-to-day operations and drive high performance and team improvement.
