Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement based in Turkey. You will lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects spanning the full delivery lifecycle, aligning with priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to translate business needs into actionable plans, supporting governance, risk management, and executive decision-making in a remote, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Five to eight years of overall business experience, including at least three to four years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities.
Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related.
A recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out across the full lifecycle.
Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
Proven ability to manage scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and consensus-building, including cross-functional leadership.
Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Strong understanding of governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation.
Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance, and delivery plans.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to establish clear business needs.
Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and priorities with recommendations to sponsors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align deliverables and activities.
Prepare and present executive updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmap planning, and sprint planning.
Strengthen governance processes and PM maturity across the organization.
Coach stakeholders on effective delivery practices and governance.
