Job summary

Manpower Türkiye is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to own local finance, tax compliance, and commercial operations in Turkey. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial accuracy, and partner with global finance, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Fluent Turkish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance in Turkey.
SMMM licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage local statutory accounting, bookkeeping, month‑end closing and statutory filings per Turkish standards.
Oversee tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, stamp tax, and inflation accounting.
Coordinate e-Fatura, e-Arsiv, e-Defter through GİB portals and liaise with external accountants.
Monitor regulatory developments issued by GİB, TCMB, and MASAK and assess impact on operations.
Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance with the global finance team.
Oversee local merchant onboarding, banking relationships, cash management, and cross‑border payments.
