Job summary

Eaton in Turkey is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to align the weekly production plan with capacity and translate it into hourly/daily operations. The role focuses on level-loading daily production, coordinating with operations, customer service, finance, and purchasing to meet on-time delivery while improving throughput and reducing cycle time.

You will direct daily workflow, manage WIP and inventory accuracy, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• At least B1-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow (WIP) through analysis of reports and input from cross-functional teams.
• Aligns and sets priorities for resources across factory to maximize efficiency and material flow.
• Works with SCM planners to meet delivery requirements via planning or exchange offering.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Purchasing.
• Assist in development and implementation of procedures to improve scheduling; participate in CI activities and standard work.
