Job summary

Eaton seeks Manufacturing Schedulers to align the weekly production plan with factory capacity and translate it into hourly and daily operational plans, aiming for maximum throughput and on-time delivery.

You will direct daily WIP, set resource priorities across the factory, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing), and participate in CI initiatives to improve standard work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• At least B1-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Align weekly production plans with capacity and convert to hourly/daily plans.
• Direct daily workflow and prioritize resources to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing).
• Aligns and sets priorities for resources across factory to optimize material flow.
• Collaborate with SCM planners to meet delivery requirements and improve processes.
• Participate in CI activities and implement standard work.
