Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Scheduler to convert the Master Schedule into a 1–4 week operating plan for a facility, coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or supply chain, and SAP experience, along with strong communication and CI-minded process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow and prioritize resources across factory.
• Aligns production with master schedule to meet customer ship dates.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Purchasing.
• Support CI activities and standard work for scheduling.
