Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the Master Schedule into a concise 1–4 week production plan for a busy facility. You will align with operations, customer service, and purchasing to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in manufacturing or supply chain, with SAP experience, and a strong ability to analyze data, set priorities, and lead cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• SAP experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow and set priorities to maximize efficiency and material flow.
• Align resources across the factory to meet customer ship schedules on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Purchasing.
• Assist in CI activities and implement scheduling improvements.
