Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Analytics or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in Supply Chain (Materials, Inventory, Demand & Supply planning, Procurement, SIOP).
• Proficient in demand planning, forecasting, MRP and end-to-end planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop timely, accurate plans for finished products across the supply network (0-12 weeks).
• Manage exceptions in short-term horizon and drive root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate with CoE resources (buyers, planners, schedulers) to deliver MPS plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate to minimize risks and optimize customer service within inventory/cost targets.
• Communicate impact of material exceptions to planners.
