Job summary

hrmade seeks an experienced HR Manager for a corporate client to oversee core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, organizational development and employee experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years in HR, with hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, HR operations and employee relations; retail or hospitality background is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Retail or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, employee experience, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze workforce and recruitment needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Oversee the effective implementation of the performance management system to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Contribute to the management of compensation & benefits processes.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development plans in line with employee development needs and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate payroll and HR operations to ensure effective and accurate execution of related processes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analyses and present key insights to senior management.
• Lead and support the development of the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of HR processes.
