As a company operating in the Defense Industry, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to take an active role in driving and continuously improving strategic HR processes, with a particular focus on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee experience, in alignment with our Human Resources strategy.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources,
• Proven experience particularly in strategic HR, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee experience,
• Advanced level of English, with the ability to use English effectively in a professional environment,
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a good command of HR metrics and data analysis,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in project management and process improvement,
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills,
• Results-oriented, solution-focused, and open to continuous learning and development,

Key Responsibilities;

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resources processes in alignment with the company’s business objectives and strategic priorities,
• Manage and continuously improve talent management and career management processes,
• Coordinate performance management processes and support the analysis of performance outcomes and the development of action plans,
• Develop and implement projects aimed at strengthening organizational development and employee engagement,
• Analyze training and development needs and contribute to the preparation of annual learning and development plans,
• Take an active role in developing strategic HR practices such as competency models, career paths, and succession planning,
• Analyze HR metrics and employee data and prepare regular reports and insights for management,
• Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR practices,
• Take an active role in projects designed to enhance the overall employee experience,
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with business needs,
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and relevant stakeholders on recruitment, employee relations, and other HR processes,
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in English and contribute to the adaptation of global HR practices to local processes when required.
